In life you will meet a lot of different kinds of people. They will come into your life for a reason. Some will give good memories while some will give you lessons. To avoid letting yourself become a victim, I’d like to share with you 3 types of people whom you should not associate yourself with and how to identify them.

Type 1: selfish person

The characteristics of this kind of person are they always care about their benefits, and they do anything to get what they want without caring about how others feel or how their action will affect others. For example, my neighbor throws a party at their house every day and always plays loud music and speak very loudly till late night. They don’t care if their neighbors are sleepless or disturbed by their loud noise. All they know is they enjoy the party with their friends.

Another example of a selfish person at work place could be your colleague or a staff who always does anything without thinking about other staff just to please the boss. He or she will do everything the boss wants just to satisfy the boss so that he or she can be promoted or get benefits even though doing that will affect his or her teammate.

This person isn't reliable, and you should definitely avoid because they will bring harm to you more than good.

Type 2: Jealous person

Here this is referred to a person who feels or shows an envious resentment of someone or their achievements, possessions, or perceived advantages. When someone is jealous of you, he or she will belittle you by speaking ill of and blacken you with others to make others hate or disrespect you. This person also likes to put blame on others but never reflects themselves.

If you meet this kind of person, just ignore them. To win that person is to ignore them. The more you react, the more you get hurt. Just keep doing your good work. Those who trust you will always trust you.

Type 3: Liar

Here this is referred to the one always tells lies and doesn’t keep their promises. You cannot rely anything on them. Otherwise, you will face a disaster. How to identify them is to verify what they have told you. After you have enough proofs showing that this person has told you lies, it is better for you to stay away from that person and remove all important tasks from them.

This person will cause to lose your best people, property, reputation, or business if you continue to depend on them.

Your friends, colleagues and employers also play an important role of your life. Choose a person to associate with wisely, and remember to treat people how you want to be treated.
